At Wundr AI, Inc (“Wundr,” "Wundr AI", we,” “us,” or “our”), we value and protect your privacy. Account Creation and Authentication: To create and maintain an account in the App, we collect essential information, such as your email address and login credentials. You may use social login services (e.g., Google, Apple ID) to create an account, in which case we collect the information these services provide, such as your email and profile information, but not your password.

User-Generated Content: The App allows you to create personalized content, such as character names, attributes, and story themes. This information is used exclusively to generate customized content per your request and is not used for any other purpose. Ownership of the generated content remains with you, as further described in our Terms and Conditions.

Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact us for support, we may collect information such as your name, contact details, and the content of your inquiry to assist in resolving your issue. We use this data only for customer service and troubleshooting.

Data Collected Through Automated Means

Usage Data and Device Information: We collect general usage data and device information automatically when you interact with the App, such as IP address, device ID, and system information. This data is collected to monitor, secure, and improve the App. No precise or real-time geolocation data is collected.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., OpenAI for story creation, authentication, data storage) solely to support the functionality of the App. These service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and data protection agreements that comply with applicable laws.

Data Security: We implement advanced technical and administrative safeguards to secure your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Data Retention: We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the App’s services and as required by applicable laws. Upon account deletion, all personal information is securely erased, except where legal obligations require further retention. Any remaining data is anonymized for analytical purposes.

Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by following the instructions in the App. Once your account is deleted, personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases.

If children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain regions, such as the European Union) use the App, they must do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s activity within the App to ensure safe and appropriate use.

Wundr AI does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable age without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been inadvertently collected without such consent, we will delete the data promptly and take corrective action

Your personal information may be processed in the United States, where our servers are located.
